 Making all drugs legal is a very debated topic. I think drugs should not be legal because they hurt people and society.

First, drugs are bad for health. They can harm the brain, heart, and other important parts of the body. Addiction can ruin a person’s life, causing problems at work, with family, and with mental health. If drugs are legal, more people might use them, and this will cause more addiction and health problems.

Second, legal drugs can create problems for society. Drugs often cause more crime, like stealing and violence. Even with rules, illegal drug sellers will still sell to kids or people who can’t pay for legal drugs.

Instead of making drugs legal, the government should teach people about the dangers of drugs and help those who are addicted. This is a safer way to reduce drug use.

In conclusion, drugs should not be legal. They hurt health, increase crime, and cause more problems for society. We need better ways to solve these issues.

As the year 2025 approaches, I find myself reflecting on my personal and academic goals, as well as the changes I want to achieve. This year, in September, I turn 17 years old, and I see it as an opportunity to keep growing and transforming in various areas of life.
